1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TaskFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing TaskFlow.

2. Use License

TaskFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy our materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of TaskFlow, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

Any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available on TaskFlow is your "User Content." You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant TaskFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the services we provide to you.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running TaskFlow
• Using the service for any harmful or illegal activities
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents
• Collecting or harvesting data from other users without their consent

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaskFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
